Fall is quite something and has definitely turned into a favorite time for exploring for these little ones. So much fun can be had jumping in leaves, finding all sorts of sticks, rocks and nuts to bring along. And there really is a change in the air as the seasons change, a bit more wind and crispness to our nights as October rolls around and we are so digging it this year. A few pics to share of our latest adventure full of dirty faces, some sword fights and a little surprise for our horse girl..
We were playing around in the dried up creek when all of sudden Madilyn hears horses neighing in the background. I just kept taking pics of her face when she heard them and they match her reaction perfectly.

oh yes they sure are!
then she laid down and watched them all stop for a snack and ride around a bit, she was in horse girl heaven and says she would most definitely like a horse this year from Christmas from Santa..a baby girl one and she said santa will bring it because there are too many boys in our family already..she has a point!
